Translates business vision and strategy into effective enterprise by creating, communicating and improving the key principles and models that describe the future state and enable its evolution to deliver the IT Architecture for the organization and its customers. Executes the global Business & IT Roadmap process, with centralised designs and (logical) global decompositions, analyzes market- and IT-trends and, based on this information, contributes to the strategy of the organization. Drafts logical IT-Roadmaps, monitors and manages the progress of the execution of Business & IT-Roadmaps towards the target state and the use of global standards and solutions.
