Job Details

We are looking for you if you have:

  • Experience in non-financial risks area,
  • Experience in risk reporting,
  • Knowledge of Risk Management,
  • Knowledge regarding IT Management processes (e.g. change management, incident management),
  • Basic knowledge of IT Security.


English level - B2

You'll get extra points for:

  • Project management skills,
  • Basic audit skills,
  • ITIL certification,
  • CISSP / CISA certificate,
  • Experience in financial institution.


Additional skills

  • Good communication skills,
  • Proactivity, independence in action and the ability to generate ideas for process improvement.


Your responsibilities:

  • Execution of the Risk & Control Self-Assessments, Business Environment Assessment, Vendor Management, Sourcing Management and other Control Programs
  • Assisting control owners in implementing solutions and controls that close and minimize any identified control weaknesses and gaps.
  • Cooperation with other units, including audit and Key Controls Testing (KCT) in the area of risk monitoring and reporting.
  • Monitoring changes in security policies and standards, and advising the relevant units on their implementation.
  • Reporting of risk level and test results.


Information about the squad:

  • The team's tasks focus on broadly understood compliance with ING's internal regulations as well as data protection and management as part of the first line of defense activities. Responsibilities include preparation, maintenance and execution of the necessary processes and procedures, communication with the second line of defense, preparation of employee awareness training and necessary reports.
