ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field,
  • proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Cognos),
  • knowledge of data reporting and statistics,
  • experience with data modelling and dashboard creation,
  • familiarity with data quality checks and ensuring data integrity,
  • ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions,
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
  • openness to feedback and willingness to learn.

You'll get extra points for:

  • experience in ESG-related data analysis or sustainability projects,
  • background in developing scalable design systems,
  • knowledge of advanced analytics or machine learning techniques,
  • previous work in financial services or banking environments.

Your responsibilities:

  • analyse ESG-related data to provide insights and support decision-making,
  • develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track key metrics,
  • collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to integrate data solutions.
  • conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity,
  • identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and validate ideas through discovery workshops,
  • apply data and analytics to drive continuous improvement,
  • document data processes and findings,
  • enhance the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.

You will join the ESG Product Area within ING’s Wholesale Banking Sustainability Tribe. Our mission is to integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into all aspects of our business and help clients transition toward sustainable practices. The team is dynamic, collaborative, and focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions for measuring and managing emissions, client transition plans, ESG-related data, and business intelligence. Together, we aim to maintain ING’s leadership in financing sustainable transitions.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Data Analyst IV”.
