Manages the relationship management and development of a portfolio of major and more complex corporate customers or institutions within one or more sectors to deliver short and long-term results. Develops and implements a portfolio plan and develops strategic, sustainable partnerships with customers, acting as their first point of contact for consultation on a range of commercial products. Performs a network role within a region and monitors and acts on the customer's risk profile, carefully weighing up customer and bank interests, with customer interests being paramount.
