We are looking for you, if you:

  • are ready to work on replacement employment contract,
  • are ready to work on shift system (24/7),
  • have ability  to provide support to internal and external customers to meet and understand their needs and 
    expectations,
  • have ability to establishing plans to determine tasks, priorities, and timelines and identifying the resources needed to achieve 
    goals,
  • want to work under fixed term contract (until the end of 2025).

English- B2

You'll get extra points for:

  • incident management experience,
  • very good communication skills,
  • experience with agile way of working (Kanban or Scrum).

Your responsibilities:

  • incident Management,
  • development tasks / automations,
  • meetings.

Information about the squad:

Squad members are responsible for overseeing the reaction to emergencies such as unplanned shutdowns or outages 24 hours 7 days a week. They coordinate all resources and personnel needed to resolve these incidents as quickly and as effectively as possible.

Their job is to make sure that engineers work together in a coordinated manner to resolve major incidents according to protocols and restore IT services as quickly as possible.

Responding to created incidents, identifying the cause and initiating the Incident Management process. Prioritize incidents according to their urgency and business impact. Informing top management of major incidents. 

The team also has the ability to develop improvements and automation through scripts, programs or using dedicated tools to streamline daily work and speed up communication.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer I”.
