Compliance/HR Junior Specialist (fixed-term)

The expected salary for this position: 6100 - 7100 PLN
The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

We are looking for you if you:

  • have at least 1 year of experience in a Shared Services environment,

  • possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English,

  • demonstrate good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset,

  • have a structured approach and attention to detail,

  • hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent),

  • have working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools,

  • possess problem-solving skills

  • are open to a temporary contract until the end of May 2026

You’ll get extra points for:

  • experience in handling customer requests within SLAs and maintaining high quality,

  • experience working with Workday and ServiceNow.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • processing tickets in ServiceNow and transactions in Workday related to Compliance and HR processes,

  • preparing data and simple reports,

  • handling administrative tasks such as updating documents and preparing summaries.
