Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our COE Team of the Financial Crime Prevention Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to drive  the end‑to‑end design and continuous improvement of Financial Crime Prevention processes, ensuring that regulatory requirements are translated into clear, scalable standards and controls. By governing process integrity, overseeing evolution and testing, and coordinating across Compliance, Operations, IT and Global stakeholders, the team enables ING to manage financial‑crime risks effectively and deliver consistent, high‑quality CDD execution

Your key responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst you will:

Positively contribute to:

• The management and analysis of FCP data, enabling the delivery of key local and global initiatives and regulatory reports by ensuring accurate, complete and timely information.

Co‑create:

• FCP data solutions together with the FCP team and other stakeholders (Data Office, Compliance, etc.), acting as a local data expert in both local and global FCP projects.
• Data frameworks to understand, define and organize FCP data needs, translating them into actionable data plans.

Ensure

• The availability, quality and reliability of FCP data across different initiatives, proactively identifying gaps and data limitations.
• The creation, execution and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end processes to obtain, analyze and validate FCP data, working closely with the FCP team in business‑as‑usual activities.

Knows about:

Data process automatization.

Strong knowledge in SAS, SQL, Excel and Windows environment.

Buscamos a una persona Data Analyst con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro COE Team de la Financial Crime Prevention Tribe.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es impulsar el diseño end‑to‑end y la mejora continua de los procesos de Financial Crime Prevention, asegurando que los requisitos regulatorios se traduzcan en estándares y controles claros y escalables. Mediante el gobierno de la integridad de los procesos, la supervisión de su evolución y testing, y la coordinación entre Compliance, Operations, IT y stakeholders globales, el equipo permite a ING gestionar de forma eficaz los riesgos de crimen financiero y ofrecer una ejecución de CDD consistente y de alta calidad.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Como Data Analyst, la persona seleccionada:

Contribuirá positivamente a:
La gestión y el análisis de datos de FCP, permitiendo la entrega de iniciativas clave locales y globales y de reportes regulatorios, garantizando información precisa, completa y en tiempo.

Co‑creará:
Soluciones de datos de FCP junto con el equipo de FCP y otros stakeholders (Data Office, Compliance, etc.), actuando como persona experta local en datos tanto en proyectos locales como globales de FCP.
Frameworks de datos para comprender, definir y organizar las necesidades de datos de FCP, traduciéndolas en planes de datos accionables.

Asegurará:
La disponibilidad, calidad y fiabilidad de los datos de FCP en diferentes iniciativas, identificando de forma proactiva gaps y limitaciones de datos.
La creación, ejecución y mejora continua de procesos end‑to‑end para obtener, analizar y validar datos de FCP, trabajando estrechamente con el equipo de FCP en actividades de business‑as‑usual.
