Job Description:

The Product Area Lead Lending/Leasing, directly reporting to the Tribe Lead Lending and 1st Line Risk, within the namesake Tribe, oversees the development and lifecycle of Lending/Leasing products and has responsibilities over further product development, leveraging on business acumen.

This role is crucial for ensuring that Lending/Leasing products meet customer needs and stand out in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision: Define the product vision and strategy to align with company goals and customer needs

  • Product Development: Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely stakeholder feedback.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other local and global Tribes as well as with other departments (Risk, TECH, Communication&Brand, Operations) to ensure cohesive product development.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance product success.

Competencies:

  • Degree preferably in economics

  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience

  • Experience in lending and/or leasing products, both non life and life (Lifestyle Protection policies, pure risk, without financial component)

  • Concrete ability to achieve results, working in a cross-functional environment

  • Ability to manage complex projects

  • Knowledge of Office tools

  • Analytical skills and experience in monitoring performance

  • Fluent English

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and execute a strategic vision for the product.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of product development.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the team.
