We’re looking for a Support Coordinator to join our Account and Document Services team. As a key member of the team, you'll play an important role in supporting document management, mailroom operations and customer service activities that help keep the bank running smoothly. You'll work across a variety of tasks, collaborate with teams throughout the business, and contribute to an important part of our customer journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service or administrative experience who is looking to start or grow their banking career.

This is a permanent role based in Sydney. The core hours of this role are 7:45am – 4:00pm.

What you’ll do

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and document distribution across the business.
  • Scan, validate, file, archive and retrieve documents while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process cheques and documentation in line with service level agreements and operational procedures.
  • Provide responsive customer service and support to internal stakeholders across ING.
  • Assist with workplace health and safety equipment coordination, record maintenance and audits.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk and enhance service delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in customer service, administration or a similar support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately within established processes and procedures.
  • A growth mindset with a keen desire to learn new information and processes.
