At the Pan European Service Desk (PED), we are rewriting what it means to work in corporate banking.

We are dynamic, ambitious, international, and always evolving. We believe progress comes from fresh ideas, not outdated habits.

PED started as a pilot project. Today, we are an international success story and a trusted partner for leading ING corporate clients.

Where you will go from here:

PED is not a job. It's a purpose-driven path. We have built a clear 4 level career path - from Junior to Senior. You will learn, grow, specialize, and even inspire others as an expert or manager if that's your path.

We don't just support growth - we expect it. We celebrate ambition, help you find your voice, and give you room to shine.

What you will be doing:

- Be the primary contact for international corporate clients

- Manage requests and changes to banking services

- Solve problems, investigate issues, coordinate solutions

- Collaborate across Europe with internal departments and experts

- Keep your clients informed, confident and happy

What we are looking for:

- Curiosity, energy, and can-do attitude

- Great communication skills (English is a must).

- A team player who is not afraid to lead when it counts

- Interest in the business world and desire to learn fast

- Professional experience in any service/client oriented role is advantage, but if you don't have experience yet, that's absolutely okay - we are here to help you grow
