This newly created role sits at the heart of that mission. As our Customer Acquisition Lead (Digital), you’ll shape the strategies and experiences that drive meaningful growth.

You’ll lead a team of performance marketers and SEO specialists to uplift lead generation, optimise conversion journeys, and deliver commercial outcomes that move the needle.


What you’ll do

  • Lead digital acquisition across paid and owned channels to drive high-quality customer growth quality customer growth.
  • Optimise paid search, affiliates, social and onsite journeys to maximise conversion.
  • Identify and implement opportunities across landing pages, content and flows to improve performance.
  • Run structured testing programs to continually improve campaign efficiency and impact.
  • Translate insights and analytics into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

  • Deep hands-on experience in digital performance marketing (SEM, affiliates, optimisation) on experience in digital performance marketing (SEM, affiliates, optimisation).
  • Exceptional analytical mindset with confidence across analytics tools (Adobe, Google Ads).
