Communication Intern



We are looking for you, if you:

  • want to gain experience in communication in an international organisation,
  • want to gain experience in working with senior stakeholders,
  • are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism and related fields,
  • like creating simple marketing materials (graphics, powerpoint presentations, social media, videos).
  • are able to work simultaneously on various projects,
  • are fluent in English, both reading and writing,
  • are dynamic and motivated,
  • are able to work at least 4-5 days a month from our office in Warsaw located near Rondo Daszyńskiego.  

Your responsibilities:

  • assisting in developing and executing internal communication plans,
  •  creating content for internal communication purposes, including newsletters, social media posts, presentations, intranet articles and email announcements,
  • supporting organisation of internal events, meetings, and initiatives to boost employee engagement
  • helping to manage internal communication channels (i.a. intranet, communities),
  • collaborating with different departments to ensure clear and consistent messaging,
  • contributing to company-wide internal communication with news from your team.


Information about Global Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention team
Global Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention (Global FCFP) is a global team of ~6,000 professionals, responsible for protecting customers, ING and society from financial crime and fraud. We aim to detect and prevent the financial system from being misused in criminal activities, including money laundering and terrorist financing. Our teams are located in head office, countries and hubs. 

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Additional I”.

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.
