Senior SQL / DBA Administrator (Operations & Automation)

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have 5+ years of experience in designing and maintaining ETL processes in large-scale environments,

  • know MS SQL Server very well (backup/restore, performance tuning, SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, Always On),

  • have experience with Windows Server administration (2019/2022),

  • are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and automation using PowerShell or Python,

  • can write clear and structured documentation,

  • speak English at B2+ level and are open to shift work and on-call duties.

You'll get extra points for:

  • experience with Stonebranch UAC, Azure DevOps, and data orchestration tools,

  • knowledge of Active Directory/GPO/DNS/DHCP, IIS, WSFC/Always On, HA/DR for SQL,

  • familiarity with Elasticsearch/Prometheus, Microsoft HPC Pack, SCOM,

  • SRE/24/7 operations experience; Microsoft/Windows/SQL certifications, ITIL.

Your responsibilities:

  • design, implement and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS and other tools,

  • administer and maintain Windows Server and MS SQL Server environments,

  • automate tasks and manage CI/CD pipelines using PowerShell, Python, Azure DevOps, and Stonebranch UAC,

  • ensure security compliance, manage access rights, and perform patching and audits,

  • handle tickets (L1/L2 triage), communicate in English, and manage SLA/SLO,

  • plan and implement changes (CHG), including in production environments; maintain documentation and runbooks.

You’ll join a team responsible for critical data flows and infrastructure supporting global clients. We value efficiency and automation.
