We are looking for a motivated individual for the position of Intern in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) area to support our team in processes related to identity management, documentation, and data analysis. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in cybersecurity, operational risk, and identity management within a large financial organization.

Your responsibilities:

Data & SQL: Support identity data analysis and access reviews (basic MS SQL knowledge is required). Help review logs, metrics, and data to detect issues and potential improvements.
Compliance: Assist with security audits and processes aligned with DORA standards.
Documentation: Help create and maintain technical process descriptions and operating manuals.
Operations: Support the team in daily IAM tasks like role reviews and access attestations.
Learning: Become familiar with cybersecurity principles, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.

We are looking for you, if you have:

Education: You have student status or are a recent graduate (within 2 years of graduation) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (a major advantage).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at a minimum basic level is required.
Mindset: A strong desire to build a career in IT Security and a proactive approach to learning.
Communication: Ability to work effectively within a corporate team environment.
You are proficient in English at a communicative level

You'll get extra points for:

A basic IT Security certification (e.g., CompTIA Security)
Certification in MS SQL Database Management
Prior experience in Audit or knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), SoD (Segregation of Duties), and Access Reviews.
