Intern (Identity & Access Management)

We are looking for a motivated individual for the position of Intern in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) area to support our team in processes related to identity management, documentation, and data analysis. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in cybersecurity, operational risk, and identity management within a large financial organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Data & SQL: Support identity data analysis and access reviews (basic MS SQL knowledge is required). Help review logs, metrics, and data to detect issues and potential improvements.

  • Compliance: Assist with security audits and processes aligned with DORA standards.

  • Documentation: Help create and maintain technical process descriptions and operating manuals.

  • Operations: Support the team in daily IAM tasks like role reviews and access attestations.

  • Learning: Become familiar with cybersecurity principles, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.

We are looking for you, if you have:

  • Education: You have student status or are a recent graduate (within 2 years of graduation) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (a major advantage).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at a minimum basic level is required.

  • Mindset: A strong desire to build a career in IT Security and a proactive approach to learning.

  • Communication: Ability to work effectively within a corporate team environment.

  • You are proficient in English at a communicative level

You'll get extra points for:

  • A basic IT Security certification (e.g., CompTIA Security)

  • Certification in MS SQL Database Management

  • Prior experience in Audit or knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), SoD (Segregation of Duties), and Access Reviews.
