The Retail Banking Operations in ING’s largest shared services organization (IBSS Manila) is growing rapidly – delivering processing and contact center services to our banks globally. Job Description:

  • In this role, you will work for ING The Netherlands, Consumer Loans. Dutch customers who have (had) a loan and paid too much interest in the past will be compensated.  In order to calculate the correct compensation amount, customers can send in evidence (contract, bank statements, yearly overviews). You will extract the input variables out of these client documents and register the applicable required data (ID number, IBAN, outstanding debt, limit, interest rate, repaid interest amount) in a tool (called Xclas). The tooling will then re-calculate the compensation amount and will trigger customer communications to inform the customer about the outcome.
  • 1st Line of Defense Risk Management - Follow a range of mandatory process steps to ensure that work is carried out to the required standards to protect the organization from risk. Escalate situations that deviate from the mandatory procedures.

  • A College graduate.
  • Ability to follow a range of mandatory process steps to ensure that work is carried out to the required standards.
  • Ability to learn processes and tasks quickly.
  • Highly collaborative and a strong team player.
  • Achieves results, even under tough circumstances.
  • Willing to work on mid to night shifts, weekends, holidays and render overtime as needed.
