About the position:

We are seeking a temporary resource to support data remediation and ongoing maintenance within the Procurement and Third-Party Risk tool, with a primary focus on improving TIPM (Third‑ and Intragroup‑Party Management) register data quality and reporting accuracy. The role will identify, correct, and validate data quality issues while partnering with Risk, Legal, Compliance, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, regulatory readiness, and audit‑defensible reporting.

About the department:

The US Procurement team supports procurement, vendor risk, and travel management activities across the US and Mexico City offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Review existing third-party contract records to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors; remediate incomplete or inaccurate third-party classifications, risk attributes, and other key fields.
  • Perform data correction and enrichment activities in the Procurement tool in accordance with defined standards, work instructions, and Procurement / Third-Party Risk governance requirements.
  • Validate updates to ensure consistency across multiple reports and downstream outputs.
  • Extract, analyze, and reconcile third-party data in Excel to support remediation tracking and progress reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and remediation trackers (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas) for internal stakeholders.
  • Follow up on outstanding remediation actions and maintain clear documentation of outcomes and any changes, including remediation rationale and evidence when required.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, logical formulas.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large datasets.
  • Experience supporting system data cleanup and remediation efforts.
  • Experience with Procurement tools / systems is preferred.

Hourly Range: $50-62.00
