Junior Support Specialist in Compliance Hub



The expected salary for this position: 6100 - 7000 PLN

We are looking for you if:

  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written),
  • You are proficient in MS office
  • You have an ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas, facts and opinions. Is able to express them fluently both in speaking and writing, supported by appropriate tools.
  • You have ability to identify problems, analysing key information and making connections, in order to find appropriate solutions

  • You are accurate and detail-oriented
  • You can work independently but also understnd the common goal of the team
  • You can complete tasks and achieve results in an efficient, timely and high-quality manner, with a focus on execution and delivery of targets and KPIs

You will get extra points for:

  • Academic degree in any subject
  • Work experience in AML and /or financial services.
  • Intermediate and above in French or Dutch.

Your responsibilities:

  • SAR filing and executing other post-disposition actions based on the investigator’s disposition
  • Additional tasks related to process improvements

Information about squad:

We are expanding our Second Line Transaction Monitoring team as part of the brand-new Compliance Hub in Warsaw which will help us in further implementation of our modern Compliance strategy. Creation of agile capabilities at this new Compliance Hub will support ING in performing various knowledge-based activities in the 2nd line of defense. Being an integral part of the Compliance organization, the team will work closely with our global compliance community.
