ING Bank Italy is looking for a HR Analytics Stageur who will join the HR Department at our Office in Milan.


You will have the chance to work in an international environment, getting to know the HR processes and giving your contribution and support on:

  • Contribute to defining strategic HR KPIs and metrics.

  • Elaborate, develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (e.g., turnover, FTEs)

  • Analyze workforce-related data.

  • Support the performance management process (e.g., status updates, data analysis, presentations, etc.).

  • Support the compensation process.

  • Support colleagues in the above processes using Workday.

  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to identify analytical needs and propose data-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in other countries (e.g. for benchmarking purposes and knowledge sharing).

  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of HR data.

  • Ensuring a WOW experience also within the activities dedicated to employees that will be organized, finding new and innovative ways for interaction.


In addition to the above activities, you will also have the opportunity to support and contribute to other HR processes, initiatives or projects as much as feasible and helpful to grow as HR professional.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in economics or statistical disciplines (STEM)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in Italian and in English

  • Proactivite approach

  • Analytical skills with close attention to details

  • Collaborative attitude

  • Result driven and problem solver

  • International background and experience, i.e. Erasmus, will be a plus
