ING Luxembourg recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Commercial(e) au département Private Banking pour un stage conventionné d'une durée minimum de 6 mois à compter de juin.

L’Assistant Commercial Private Banking accompagne les banquiers privés dans la gestion quotidienne de leur portefeuille clients, en assurant un soutien opérationnel, administratif, relationnel et organisationnel, afin de créer une expérience client premium.

Vos missions

  • Découvrir l’activité de la banque privée en assistant les banquiers privés dans le suivi opérationnel d’un portefeuille de clients à fort enjeu patrimonial.
  • Contribuer à la gestion administrative des dossiers clients et aux contrôles liés aux opérations.
  • Être impliqué(e) dans le traitement d’opérations bancaires en collaboration avec les équipes internes spécialisées.
  • Mettre à jour les informations clients avec les outils internes.
  • Accueillir et orienter les clients (téléphone, e‑mail, etc.)

Votre profil

Formation et expérience:

  • Formation niveau Bac +3 à orientation économique, financière ou commerciale 
  • Une première expérience en Banque sera considérée comme un atout  


Compétences :

  • Sens du service client et de la confidentialité.

  • Discrétion.

  • Organisation, rigueur et gestion des priorités.

  • Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale.

  • Esprit d’équipe et sens de la collaboration.

  • Connaissances bancaires générales dans le Private Banking

Langues

  • Connaissance orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais indispensable

  • La maîtrise de toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout, plus spécifiquement le néerlandais
