We're looking for an energetic and highly organised Management Assistant to provide support to several senior Tribe Leaders and their cross-functional teams across our Retail Banking business. This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our Retail Banking business, giving you exposure across a wide range of stakeholders while playing an important role in keeping our teams connected, organised, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-level diary and calendar management for senior leaders, coordinating busy schedules and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Support team governance by organising meetings and forums, preparing agendas, tracking actions, and managing stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Manage team administration including travel bookings, invoice processing, onboarding activities, system access requests, and operational support.
  • Coordinate team communications and engagement activities, including newsletters, town halls, recognition programs, and team events.
  • Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted point of contact for a diverse range of stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in an Administration, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the professionalism to support senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of integrity when handling confidential information.
